The South Florida Business Journal reported that Andrés Rivero successfully prosecuted a whistleblower claim on behalf of whistleblower Mary Conway based on her wrongful termination from her position as Chief Operating Officer for the City of Miami. 

Jorge A. Mestre, in July 2007, was appointed Vice-Chair of the Civil Litigation Committee of the Dade County Bar Association.
